BOOTCAMP SESSIONS (COMING SOON)

We are working on creating sessions that you can come to learn while training hard and leave with what you need for your training the following week. the purpose of the bootcamp series we'll be holding is not just to train you but to gradually better you foundational basics in training' by doing this you will be able to make better of the programs or information that will be giving to you without assistance .

Controlled weight are especially good for isolating different muscle parts to target the muscle more. Depending on your type of training you can use this in various way which will show and teach how they are used in the bootcamp.

Free weights are especially good for building muscle mass with the basic compound exercises but often time people have bad form when performing the movement. In the bootcamp the right form and techniques will be demonstrated and explained.

While some people like working with weights other prefer to use body weights for their workout. In the boot camp there will be high intensity training with circuits. It's great for relieving stress from the body, mind and it's also a great way to loose weight and tone up.
